There are several different engines used by the Railroad. On today's visit they were operating with Grapevine RR's Steam locomotive, "Puffy." It is a product of the Cooke Locomotive works of Paterson, NJ, and built in 1896. ##2248 was called a heavy mountain-class. She is a 4-6-0 and was originally built for the Southern Pacific RR. She proudly sports her colors: The Stars and Stripes and the Flag of the Lone Star State!
