Doug installed the PIAA 1100X directly to the Brackets without the use of the Flat Panel Mount. He installed the Bracket to the bike in the normal fashion then used the innermost hole of the two available on the Bracket and bolted the two together with a standard 1/4"-20 machine bolts/nuts and washers. Nice job!
