Simple way to relocate spring pads on a narrowed front axle. The very inside (left) holes get nuts and bolts. Then note the center pin for the original spring location that now locates the adapter plate. The inside u-bolt holes line up with the original outside u-bolt holes and help to clamp the plate to the axle. The outside pair of holes are only in the plate. The new spring center bolt hole is spotted in the adapter plate.
