Album Info:

I connected the camera to the power leads for the running lights. Left of the AC they exit the wall and go to the lights. I was able to pull them thru the slats enough to make the connection. (After I made the mistake of unscrewing the whole grid.) CAREFUL: The wires are red and grey (maybe green). The red is ground and grey is HOT.

    • Hey Leon! Thanks for all the great suggestions. I installed a backup camera on my 20007 210P (same color as yours). I thought it weird that the green wire would be hot and the red wire the ground (never seen that before). So I hooked it up that way and couldn't get my camera to work. Checked the monitor, etc. etc. Finally decided to re-wire using the green as ground and red as hot. Bingo! Worked fine. I'm thinking they must have reversed the wires on yours as it makes no sense why they would go against all standard wiring conventions I've ever seen. Anyway, just wanted to post this note in case anyone is following the instructions. Use a tester before you hook your wires up to confirm which is which.
