All set for a little test ride. Yes, the middle fairing can be removed without pulling the lower fairing. Sure got a lot of funny looks but this made it easy to stop and quickly flip the #4 DIP switch to compare the CC sensitivity between the ON and OFF position (definitely better when OFF).
