Yeah, it looks a little ugly: The directions call for squeezing the air out of the bag (and then capping the fitting, to keep it out) and sliding the bag into the spring. It took some effort, but wasn't that difficult. Of course, the van must be jacked up and the wheel removed. Use jackstands for safety!
