We also found it helpful to cure the entire part in the mold 1) first in a pressure pot for about 25 min (not shown, but this is basically just a large paint pot that you can pressurize using air from a compressor--to 40 or 50 psi) to help collapse any trapped air bubbles, and 2) then in the oven set at "warm" for a few hours, and then later at 150 - 200F to post cure the part. Here's a finished part that is being demolded. Now, it just needs to be painted and cleaned up with sandpaper and/or plastic polish.
