The original carb was shot, and I couldn't find a rebuilt replacement. Since it would take weeeks to ship the carb to a rebuilder, I tried this spare Mercruiser carb I had lying around (being in the spirit of the JUNKYARD DOG it is!). Lo and behold, it WORKS GREAT! Starts right up now. Note manual choke conversion.
