The wheel spacers are being removed and an entirely new brake system installed (shoes, drums, wheel and master cylinders, hoses). New Kelly 31.5x10.5 tires are not as outrageous as the SuperSwampers. The red paint is Rustoleum "Safety Red" applied with a roller. It's an old dented farm jeep. The hood scoop will be replaced with a piece of diamond tread.
