Album Info:
How often do you see a genuine Lockheed Constellation, much less one sitting atop a restaurant in Penndale, PA. For nearly 3 decades, she retained her perch, until the restaurant was torn down. The L1049E was more fortunate, however; she is undergoing restoration at Air Mobility Command museum in Dover, DE. Wearing faded Capitol Airways markings, he old girl (N1005C) also flew for Cubana, Seaboard & Western, and Irish International.
