You can just make out the Dymag rims that i bought just before the race in 88. BOY OH BOY are they light or what . I didn't have any time to fit them and get ready for the race. 9,5:1 drag engine in place after practice 12:1 had valve guide failure, engine inplace in just a few minutes then back to the track . It was more fun to race witht he drag engine in place! Although the rings were very tired after a 8 year storadge they failed after 4 laps of WOF running.. None the less it was a fantastic experience to tast the cooked up XSGP 750 on the race track and to discover it was a fantastic handling XS!! New swing arm with brass bushings and the tappered steering head bearings were the hot ticket.Llater on I chnaged the brass to needle bearings but I didn't get to race that%@#!@#$)#%
