I took this after finally managing to punch the roll-pin into the new shift lever to hold it in place. This was really pretty awkward because without the roll-pin the lever wanted to just rotate on the shaft it covers. So, every time you hit the roll-pin with the punch, it just spins the damn lever around. Eventually I found a way to make it work.
