This set is from a rear cab mount bushing set. The upper is on the left, and the lower (threaded piece) is on the right. This one has had the flared portion of the lower drilled away, and then pushed out of the upper one. It will get the "ugly part" ground away, so it will easily slip into the upper sleeve.
