The 2 parts on top (flanged nut & weird-holed washer) are what's removed from "above" first. The 6 pcs. below unscrew from the bottom. From the left, they are: A huge washer, a thick spacer, a threaded sleeve/cup/pad deal, the upper bushing, lower bushing, and then the bolt. The bolt (far right) threads into the 3rd pc. from the left.
