It's shortly before 7am, and we see ATSF train #47, the Ash Fork to Phoenix AZ passenger train connection off of Santa Fe's transcontinental streamliners, is passing Glendale Junction inbound on it's way to terminus at Phoenix. An outbound Santa Fe reefer train is in the siding waiting for the passenger train to pass.
