This is the stock stuff that makes it so hard to fill up our fuel tanks. The rollover valve has a very tiny outlet for air to escape from the fuel tank, as fuel comes into the tank. And that "Tube-inside-a-Tube" deal with the filler neck doesn't vent the air out very well either. plus, when the fuel in the tank fills up a level at the bootom of the rubber hose, the liquid is having to "work against itself" to even get into the tank.
