Portland Vintage Trolley 511 is one of four "Council Crest"-style trolleys built new by Gomaco of Ida Grove, IA. They are wooden-bodied PCCs, using trucks from Boston PCCs, controllers from ex-Chicago 6000-series PCC "L" cars, and Melbourne air brakes. 511 is inbound on Morrison at Pioneer Square, the center of Downtown Portland. 2/15/92. © 2003 Peter Ehrlich ()
