Squeeze the spring together and insert the thumb lever and Allen screw. Now I missed a photo or two here but the next step is to thread the Allen screw into the plastic arm that goes from the thumb lever over to the cruise clamp. Use the shorter of the two screws that come with the Vista cruise kit that you have left over. You should also have a plastic spacer, sit it a side you wont be using it.
