Just another view of the pump. I am not sure what function the black disc performs, but it caused lots of frustration when I attempted to remove the assembly.

How hard was it to replace your pump. Mines leaking bad. I have 300213 on the engine and the pump has never been replace. It looks like a real pain in the yeah well. Lol. How long did it take and I notice you disconnected your fuel lines , the hard lines going to the fuel rails or injectors. Was it easier that way? I'm at a loss. My email is rleflar@csi4911.com.
