View of my self made bracket to get the shorter 929 shock to fit. The bottom edges are beveled for clearance. The upper edges are straight to make a butt joint against the stock bracket/frame mount. This negates any for/aft movement of the new bracket and/or shock. A benefit of the shorter shock body is clearence for the remote reservoir. You can also see the upper damping adjuster.
