These are the mods that I had to do to the pedestal I got. My cloth bucket seats did not bolt directly on and you have to leave the fwd/aft factory adjusting mechinism on the seat since it's integral to the bottom. This raises the whole seat up about 3/4 of an in, but was acceptable for me since I'm only 6'. This could be a problem for a really tall person.
