  • Was just catching up on my Webshots and noticed your Philly Electric/transit page. Some great pix of the old Bullets and PCC cars. Am curious about one pic featuring an el car running on what looks like the Route 100 track. When was this taken and what's the story behind it? I didn't know the Route 100 and el systems were compatible. -Charlie O
