Hi Mr '47 Plymouth. You can't tell the difference between a '55 Studebaker pickup and a '49 - '53 Chevy pickup? That's not a '55 Studebaker pickup, it's anywhere from '49 to '53 Chevy.

Hello. Nice website, beatiful Plymouth. I've got a question: just bought a '48 Special DeLuxe. On the dash - behind steering wheel is a 2" metal plate with a small hole in the center. I've noticed this on many 46-48 Plymouths. What is it, and what does it do..if anything? Thanks. DanGoodman@Att.net
