  • These are beautiful shots of the B-25 bomber. I would like to comment that the push boat that actually pushed the entire barge out to the site from the Lake Murray Dam, and brought the barge and bomber safely and accurately back to the dam - which was a pretty tricky maneauver considering the bomber was hanging down underneath the barge platform and was brought back in fairly shallow water - was not even photographed. Advanced Docks supplied the push boat, owner and operator Buck Mooneyhan stayed on site for the entire recovery. I believe they played an integral and important part in this recover operation. I am disappointed to find that there was no credit given after several long hard days and nights at the recovery sight. Look soon for my B-25 Bomber photo album and you will see also some really good shots of the recovery process, AND some great shots of the "Grey Ghost". Mmmmm... maybe the ghost did not make itself visible in the pictures? Interesting Theory! Thanks for the good pictures and sharing them with others. ThreeFan2006
