    • best styling of sidecar I've seen. Looks like one i came across specifically for the Sportster. What type of sidecar is it? Grew up in Baton Rouge, lost leg in Iraq and looking for that type sidecar so I can still ride. Thanks.

    • hello... i used to have an HD a number of years ago between 1983 and 1991 ... it was a Sportster 1000cc since I'm only about 5'-6''; however, my older brother got all the 'good' genes since he's 6'-2'' give or take a 1/4" or so...lol Unfortunatel, I sustained a rather serious spinal-cord injury from a 3-story fall while closing out one of his jobs since he is a Gen. Contr. I was hospitalized for about three monthes after surgery, recovering from my surgeries, and undergoing physical therapy on a daily basis. So, when I finally decided to sell my Sportster, I turned that re-sponsibility over to my brother because I simply did not want to see it go!! It has been well over 19 years since my accident, got the opportunity to go back to school to re-ceive both my Batchelor's Degree, & then my 3-yr Master of Architecture Degree ... the pay's not very good, but I'm happy to be a Designer, and now realize after my accident, it's not about how much you make, just long as you're happy cause I begain to realize that life is wayyy tooo soon, & too bad it took me until 43 (now) to realize this. But,for- tunately, my physician(s) have all agreed that I can ride again, since they know how badly I wanted it. Therefore, they have given me the approval once I can regain 30-lbs within the next 3 monthes; but, it must be a HD 3-wheeler (which I don't like), or an HD w/ a SideCar so that I may have a location to place my walker or folding-wheelchair. I have searching for a long time,& have found myself quite enamoured with your bike, & would love to attempt to work out a deal to purchase the bike if I can afford it. I've been saving ( between physician's & hospital bills ) all that I could, so that when the time came when the doctors would release me fully, I may have enough saved for an HD, an accompanying SideCar, extra brake lines, automatic/push-button shifter/gear changer, auto rear brakes, & all other add-ones I will be required to pass NC laws to ride w/my disability. Sincerely, and Thank you very much ! Brian O. Pigg

    • I love this bike. I had one similar. It cost over $30,000 to build, but was worth every penny. I sold it for a nice profit, but regret it now.
