  • Well its about time they Rang the alarm with a "James Dean" Car a design from the Past, Which may just be as good or even better then the Best and the Last "La salle's" that were ever made The (65' Riviera) Also known as the XP-715 was at first you may know was a GM styling project of which was then a "Cadillac Proposal car" And Buick wanted it with Styling Director Bill Michells at the helm with a Body Design that was sitting at the design studio at GM styling in warren MI.in 1949 also, Talk about a Fast moving car with its cruciform frame with a curb weight of 4,140 pounds having a 401 or a Fire breather 425 CI V-8 doing 60 MPH way under 8 Sec. And that was a Riviera "Gran Sport " 360 SAE Gross HP with its 3:58 :1 or a 3:42: 1 rear end and a Super Turbine 400 Transmission. ~~~~~~~~"Could it be that GM is starting to wake up! And will bring a "James Dean" car Back ?,~~~~~~~ And just When will they start taken Orders for it? Have a Happy Happy! John Oneaero@yahoo.com
