Album Description:
Tom Griffith's photos taken 6/1/01 of this fine old steam engine, as it visited Temple,TX. The overcast skies and time of day kept these from being as good as they could be, but with a digital camera, you never know!

Hi Tom, Thanks for your comments in my albums of trains and planes. Catching this Baldwin is a treat, moreso for me because the one you caught actually WORKS!! Because of the old boiler in our beauty, the City here said they wanted a million dollars worth of insurance if the boilers were lit off, which cut everything down to nothing, so our Baldwin will be setting exactly where it has been the last year or so. I appreciate the invitation back to this album. Best regards from the Oregon Coast. Ron
