My grandfather (Arthur Comtois (Counter)) worked for the QCR for almost 50 years, mostly as an engineer. I spent my summer childhood years at his home in Lac Megantic, and often waited to hear his steam whistle as he approached Megantic from Vallee Junction. I am so happy to see parts of the railroad running again. John E. Helbok (JEHelbok@optonline.net) Yonkers, New York
